Hello!

I have been studying massage for the last five years. Eastern medicine resonated so deeply with me and contains so much knowledge that I realized I would never not be a student. This excited me to no end. Since then I have received an 1,000 hour certificate in Asian Bodywork and an associates degree in Holistic Health from Pacific College of Health and Science.

In addition, I have three certificates from Loi Kroh Traditional Thai Massage and Yoga School, as well as an OsteoThai certificate from the renowned Arno L'Hermitte. He was an osteopath in France for 20 years and studied Thai massage in Thailand for 10 years before blending the two studies and creating OsteoThai.

My unique range of knowledge and intuitive skill promises to provide you with immediate and lasting relief.

My Story

From a young age I unknowingly began developing my intuition for massage. Some of my earliest memories are of my dad having me walk on his back. At the time, I treated it like a game and we shared many laughs. He would guide me where to step and how long to stay. It wasn't long before I realized this was giving him relief from his stressful days. I was glad to help and received joy in seeing his relief. As I grew so did my strength and these massages slowly developed more complexity.

I was also a year round athlete and injuries were not uncommon for me. My father was always right there to massage me and shorten my healing time. It was through this back and forth exchange with open communication that I really developed my understanding of the healing nature of massage.

My connection to massage never faded but it was not part of my professional life until the events of 2020 opened some exciting doors for me and I found myself studying at a Traditional Chinese Medicine school with the intent of adding studied knowledge to my intuition. I quickly fell in love with Tui-Na, a medical massage that is the foundation of acupuncture. I studied many branches of this ancient healing art; from oncology and surgery recovery to Chi Nei Tsang (organ massage) and deep tissue.

I was fortunate to have many great teachers that emphasized the need for intention and intuition. In fact, they taught that intention is vastly more important than technique. This strongly resonated with me and fed my now insatiable appetite for eastern medicine. The work I do now is fully connected to the concept of 5 elemental theory and that true healing comes from balancing the energies of the mind and body. We are tending a garden, not visiting a mechanics shop.
